MegaClock is a multifunctional clock/alarm/timer/stopwatch utility that enables the user to measure time in almost unlimited ways. The current day and time can be displayed in both Digital and Analog formats. The Alarm view allows the user to set up to 20 different alarms. The Timers view offers 4 countdown clocks which can be run simultaneously. The Stopwatch view will track event times to the hundredth of a second, complete with an unlimited number of split times. The Events view will calculate how far away a user-specified future event (eg, the new year or your wife`s birthday) is in months, weeks, days, hours, minutes or seconds.

But the software can do still more--there are several other views as well. Want to know what time the sun will rise tomorrow in your city? Want to know the minute that the moon will full? What time is it in London right now? In Tokyo? MegaClock has the answer to all of these questions and more!

The software is highly customizable. If the user`s home city is not among the 500 predefined cities in the application, additional cities can be defined (by longitude and latitude) and added to the program`s database. The General view includes a customizable status bar, so the user`s favorite views can be just a tap away at all times. Alarm sounds, color schemes, and hardware button behavior can all be tailored to the user`s individual preferences.

Note! Before you install MegaClock 2.1 you should delete all old versions of this program.

To install this application you should synchronize the "MegaClock.prc" application to your device. Files can be installed by using the Desktop S/W or just any other application.

General

The main window displays all time parameters, that can be necessary in any situation. Also, you can select the desired month and year.

Digital Clock

One of the variants of the multifunctional clock in digital form.
In the upper area there is the city displayed and GMT shift in regard to the "Home Location" you have set within the program in the section:

Menu Icon/Options/Preferences/Home Location.

Along with this in the lower part of the screen can be displayed information on any other city selected by you.

Analog Clock

A classical variant of the analog multifunctional watch.

Alarms

20 programmable alarm clocks, which can be set to separate or combined work. To activate an alarm clock it is necessary to turn it on and set the time. To perform much finer adjustments, press the "Settings..." button.

Note! To make the alarm clock work at the time set, you should activate the corresponding checkbox.

Timers

Timer is a countdown watch. You can simultaneously set up 4 timers. To perform much finer adjustments, press the "Set..." button.

Stopwatch

To begin the counting, press the "Start" button. To get the medium time result press the "Split" button. All medium results are registered in the lower list.

Events

This mode is a timer superset. Pressing the "New" button you can build a big number of events the approaching date of which you can view in the list.

What makes this view interesting is that you can set any long-term events (several decades ahead) and control both the time left in any time unit (seconds, minutes, hours, days,...) and the time passed since this particular time event.

World Time

This mode enables you to compare the time parameters in two cities simultaneously. The shadow on the map stands for night in the particular area.

Moon Phases

This view displays Moon status.

Sun rise / set

This view shows sunrise and sunset time referred to "Home Location".

City Time

This view enables you to control the time in 20 cities all over the world. You can set any 20 cities.

Internet Time

This view enables you to define the current Internet Time according to the current standard time and vice versa.

Time Calc

This view enables you to know immediately the time in any other city relatively to the time and the date of the city selected above. You can observe it in 12 favorite cities, the list of which you can change.

The status bar is divided into three positions. Each position displays one of 8 parameters.
To change the list of the displayed parameters in the status bar you should:
Menu Icon/Options/Preferences/Status Bar, then select the position and the parameter that should be displayed in this position. When touching the displayed position with the stylus you can jump to this parameter view.

Plugins

Plugins are special applications that extend the visual capabilities of MegaClock interface.

The "MegaClock" program is an all-sufficient one and does not loose its functional capabilities even if it lacks plugins.

You can keep the installed plugins both in the main memory of your device and on the external card.

To perform various operations with plugins, use the "Skins and Plugins Manager":

CasioLikePlugin.prc, Citizen.LikePlugin.prc, AnaDigiLikePlugin.prc and MegaLikePlugin.prc files are emulators of the clocks of the well-known clock companies. Later on we hope to add some extra emulators from other known companies.

Registration and preferences

After you’ve pressed the "Menu Icon" button there appears a menu that enables you to get this program preferences and registration.

To get to the page more quickly, you can use shortcuts. Each view has its own unique shortcut.

Preferences

This window features all settings of the "MegaClock" program, which will be described below.

Home Location

This function enables you to set the home city. To make the setting of the city easier, select the continent first.

Edit Cities

This window enables you to add a new city, delete any of the cities (exept "Home Location" city), or edit cities. To edit or delete cities, select the desired city, select the "Edit" function.
The "Default" function enables you to reset the cities database. At that all the cities entered by you will disappear.

Colours

You can change colour settings of all main windows in the "Colours" window. If necessary, you can always return to the default colour schemes. To do this use the "Default" button.

To change the colour background, select the required view in the upper part of the screen, then change in sequence the colours of the main elements. After all changes have been made, press the "Done" button.

Skins

Skins are special applications that broaden the visual capabilities of MegaClock interface.

System Date & Time

Use this window to set or update the system time and the current date.

Alarm Sound Volume

You can set either personal volume adjustment, i.e. all sound signals of the MegaClock are system sound adjustment-independent, or system adjustment. In the case of the latter, you should activate the "Use system adjustment" option.

Hardware Buttons

To make the work with "Stopwatch" more convenient, you can program the hardware buttons in accordance with the specific functions.

Status Bar

The Status bar features three contents. You can use this window to select and place the required information on the Status bar.

Chime

To activate the "Chime" function, you should switch the "Enable chime" checkbox on. It is recommended to use all adjustments of this function for your comfort. E.g. in order that the sound won't disturb you during the night, set the restriction by means of "Start Time" and "End Time".

Misc

After the start of the MegaClock program you'll find yourself in the view that you've left. To set the preferences of the particular view after the program launching, use this setting.

Skins & Plugins Manager

This manager enables you to perform all available operations with skins and plugins.
