MiniWord
Version 1.2 for PalmOS

You will need to Hotsync MiniWord12Inst.prc to your PDA.
Once you Hotsync the file to your PDA you will see the BMS MiniW install program in your Unfiled category on your PDA.

Click on the Icon to unpack the MiniWord files to your PDA. When installation is complete, the BMS MiniW install program will be removed and MiniWord will launch. Click Close then OK.

Note: Requires PalmOS 3.2 or higher

If you are upgrading from a previous version of this software, simply follow the above "New Installation" procedure. Do NOT remove previous version of this software. If you do delete the previous version, you will lose all your data.

Having used a number of Full-Featured Palm Word Processors, I found almost all documents created on the a PDA's still required formatting on my PC. This being the case, we design MiniWord. MiniWord is a user friendly Word Processor that is designed to allow you to manage simple text documents. MiniWord features one click copy, paste to enable you to quickly write and edit your documents.

MiniWord is designed to be an enhancement of Memo Pad. You basically write your document in MiniWord when you're away from your PC and then you export to Memo Pad and access the document via your Standard PDA Desktop application, which you can then copy and paste into MS Word on your Desktop PC.

Icon Description
The icons used in MiniWord starting from left to right:

New - Creates a new document.
Open - Opens a existing document.
Save - Used to rename a document.
Delete - Deletes current document
Cut - Deletes current document NEW
Copy - Copies selected text.
Paste - Pastes copied text.
Export - Exports open document to Memo Pad

Installation Files
When you install MiniWord on your PDA, the following files will be unpacked to you PDA:

If you need to delete MiniWord delete the Application file. We do not recommend deleting the Resource Library files as they are commonly used by other application.

Site License
If you need to install "This Software Package" on a number of computers/pda devices throughout your company, you will need to purchase a Site License. If you purchased a Site License, you may install "This Software Package" according to the number of licenses purchased, provided the locations have a single street address. You may install the product as a "Network" product and run the software from any other networked computer on your LAN, provided those computers are located at the same street address.
