NgiapSplat

A freeware action-packed game that has frantic gameplay and high-score recording.

Introduction

NgiapSplat is a clone of Whack-the-Mole with a few added features, namely the calculation of stats at the end, 3 difficulty levels and highscore recording.

How to use

When you first enter NgiapSplat, you will be brought to the main screen, with 5 choices. The Exit button will quit the program and bring you back to the launcher, and the About button will show you the credits. The Highscores button shows you a list of the current highscores for the four difficulty levels. The Options button will allow you to choose between 4 difficulty levels, Easy, Medium, Hard, Impossible.

Tapping the Play button will bring you to the game screen. The Ngiaps will appear in 1 of the 9 circles. Tap on them to hit them. If you are successful, a beep will sound. The game will end when 80 ngiaps have appeared.

Your score is then shown on the screen. Accuracy is calculated by dividing the times you hit by the total times you tapped the screen. Efficiency is calculated by dividing the number of Ngiaps you hit by 80. Average is the average of your accuracy and efficiency. If your average is elligible for the highscore list of that difficulty, you will be prompted to enter your name and it will be added to the highscore list, which can be viewed by tapping on the highscore button on the main screen.
