To switch Folders in PaPi-Mail, tap Folder name in the upper-right corner of the Local screen and select a Folder from the drop-down list.
Tapping a header title, Subject, From, or Date sorts a mail list based on the tapped item in descending or ascending order.
Downloaded or created messages can be filed away in the Filed folder. Select [File] from the Message menu in the Message view screen. When a message in the Inbox folder is filed, the "File Message" dialog box will be displayed. If you want a copy of the message to be stored in the Inbox folder, tap [Yes]. If you want the message to just move to the Filed folder, tap [No].

To edit messages once stored in a Folder, open the message and tap the Edit button in the Message view screen.
For editing sent messages, tap the Re-edit button. The original messages will remain in the Sent folder after re-editing.
Tapping the Delete button in the Message view screen moves the displayed message to the Deleted folder.
When the "Confirm before deleting" checkbox is selected in the General Setup menu, the "Delete Message" dialog box will be displayed for confirmation before deleting.
Selecting [Delete All in the Folder] from the Message menu in the Local screen opens the Delete All in the "Folder" dialog box. Tapping [Yes] moves all messages in the current folder to the Deleted folder.
Selecting [Purge Deleted] from the Message menu in the Local screen or Message view screen opens the "Purge Deleted Message" dialog box. By tapping [Yes], PaPi-Mail purges messages in the Deleted folder. This operation will increase available memory space of your Palm OS handheld.
