Usage

• Selecting items: 
  1.Tap on the first title button, then select one of the selection methods.
  2.Tap on the item icon and then drag to select several files.
  .
• Toggling between internal memory and expansion card: Tap on the second title button for one second, then select handheld or expansion card.
  
• Toggling the item info column: Tap on the third title button for one second, then select one of the item info.
  
• New / Rename / Delete a directory: Tap on the directory title for one second and then select New /Rename / Delete from the pop up menu.

1. You can purchase Palm Insider Pro at PalmGear: go to http://www.palmgear.com/register, then enter Product ID: 48941
2. If you don't receive the unlock code within 7 working days, one of the following coditions might have happened:
   • You had supplied an incorrect email address when purchased Palm Insider Pro.
   • Your email account is full.
   • Your email account is no longer available.
   • For some reason, the email of the unlock code is not accepted by your email account(treated as a spam, for example).
   Solutions:
   • Delete some emails from the email account to make sure there's enough free space to receive the email.
   • Register a new email account.
   • Allow receiving the emails from PalmInsiderPro@zztechs.com.
   • Supply to me at least one other email account than the one used when purchased Palm Insider Pro.
3. If the Unlock Code dose not work, please be sure that the input and User Name is correct. If you are still failed to unlock your copy of Palm Insider Pro, please send the User Name and the HEX string to:

4. One license is used for one user. If you change to a new handheld without changing the user name, the Unlock Code can work on the new handheld. If you want to use Palm Insider Pro with different user names, you need to purchase the extra licenses.
   

Compatibility

1. Palm Insider Pro supports all handhelds which are running on PalmOS 3.5 or higher version. Currently, Palm Insider Pro is not compatible with PalmOS Emulator and Simulator.
2. Palm Insider Pro is not compatible with SwitchDash 0.4 and lower versions, if you are using SwitchDash, upgrading to SwitchDash 0.44 is strongly recommended.
