Bill 2020 is a bill tracking and management application. It help you keep track all the bills you need to pay up. Below are the instruction on how to use it.
1. Hotsync these 3 files into your palm:
Bill-2020.prc, MICBillMGDB.pdb, MICBillMGMonth.pdb
2. Once the hotsync finished, you will the the icon below shows up on your palm device.
3. Tap on it. The application will be launched. Now, you will see screen below:
4. Now, you can tap on any bills (there are 4 bills in the Demo version) to edit the bills or tap on the Edit buttom if you wish to create new bill. (Pls note that demo version can not create new data but you can edit 4 of the bills as to try this aplication up to 30 Days)
5. Once tap on the bill or tap on new button, you will see the fields below:
Bill - Edit your bill name
Category- Select your category, or you can tap on the "New" button to create your own defined category
Due Date - select the due date of the bill
Amount - the amount of money of the bill
Paid? - Tap on the box if your bill had been paid, a check mark will appeared, next to it is the person or company you paid to.
Alarm - Set an alarm to remind you before the due date (let say one day before).
There is a blank space next to the Alarm, you can make some notes here.
