After setting each field, select the "Apply" checkbox and tap [OK]. The List will be displayed in the specified colors if messages match the Filter.

If you tap [OK] without selecting the "Apply" checkbox, the Color Filter settings will be saved, however, the function will not be activated. Tapping the Clear button discards all the settings and changes back to the default.

After setting above, select the "Apply" checkbox and tap [OK]. The Search settings are saved and the List button will change to the List* (with asterisk) button. By tapping the List* button, PaPi-Mail refers to the defined Range only when creating a mail list. If you tap [OK] without selecting the "Apply" checkbox, the Range settings will be saved. However, Range function will remain ineffective when creating a mail list. Tapping [Cancel] changes the settings back to the previous ones.
