How to play

Vegas Video Poker plays exactly like the video poker machines in Las Vegas. If you're familiar with standard video poker machines, the interface should be very intuitive.

The object of Video Poker is to make the best poker hand with the 5 cards you are dealt. You have the option to discard and draw new cards once in order to better your hand.

Each hand pays out a specific amount, based on the game you are currently playing. The paytable display at the top of the screen shows the most recently won award. You can tap on this display to expand the paytable and see the entire list of winning hands.

Your cash is displayed at the very top of the screen. This is the money you have in your wallet, or the coins in your coin bucket. It does not include the value of any credits in the machine you are playing.

Insert bill

Tap the bill acceptor icon to put a bill into the machine. Credits will be added to the machine, and the cash deducted from your wallet.

Coin slot

Tap the coin slot icon to drop a single coin into the machine. The coin is wagered on the next bet, it is not added to your credits.

Once you have credits on the machine, the play is controlled by the bet, deal/draw, and hold buttons.

Press Bet-1 to bet a single credit. Bet-max will bet the maximum number for the machine you are playing. Once you have at least one credit wagered, press the deal/draw button to deal the cards.

Use the hold buttons (or tap directly on the cards) to specify the cards you want to keep.

Press deal/draw to draw new cards.

Switching games

Tap the 'Change Game' button at the top of the screen when it is lit. This will expand the paytable and allow you to change games by pressing page-up or page-down. Tap the screen to play the game.
