Inside this .zip file you should find a Roundpoint .cab file - this will allow you to install the Roundpoint software on your handheld device. There are three versions of this file - for ARM, SH3 and MIPS - you need to have the correct one for your device otherwise the installation procedure will not work.
Please load the file onto your WinCE device. All you need to do is copy the file onto the device, and then execute it. For example, you could click on the filename in File Explorer.
Once the software is installed, you are ready to look at any documents, pictures or information that is published in the Roundpoint format.
