«My holiday is in…», «My working day is over in …», «I haven’t been smoking for…», «We have been working on the project for…» , «I am on a diet for…», «it’s been … since our wedding», «The next loan pay off is in…» Would you like to have the answers to these questions right on the Today Screen of your PDA? This program, then, is for you! It is a Today plug-in, which enables the time passed from or up to any event important for you appear on Today Screen of your PDA. It’s possible to create up to 15 events and simultaneously continuously control them.

You will need Microsoft ActiveSync installed on your desktop PC in order to install Megasoft2000 PocketClock. Simply run TimeRule_setup.exe on your desktop and select location (Main or Storage) where you want TimeRule to be installed.

After the initial installation of TimeRule the primary list of your events will be empty. Tap the invitation to create a new event.

Use one of 3 standard methods to access TimeRule Options:

1. Simply tap TimeRule icon on Today Screen;
2. Start > Programms > TimeRule
3. Start > Settings > Today > Items tab

In the Options window, you can see the list of the created events, create new events, edit already existing ones, change their positional relationship in the list, and also hide or show them using checkboxes.

It is also an important thing to mention that the most frequently used Options items are always available through the context menu right from the very TimeRule Plugin screen:

Tab Name: Enter a short event name. The same name will be assigned to the tab in the Tab View mode;
Phrase: Enter a phrase, which will be related to the time value displayed on the screen;
Date: Select the date from which (or up to which) the time will be calculated;
Time: Enter the event time for the date pointed above;
Icon: Give an icon to this event. This icon will be displayed on the right of the Tab Name in the Tab View mode;

Time Format:
There are several ways of displaying the time format.
- Auto. In this mode the counter accumulates minutes and then displays time with the following converting into hours, days, etc.
- Fixed. In this mode you can display the time only in the fixed time units selected.
- Custom. With the help of this option you can set your own time units to be displayed.

Calendar icon on the toolbar on the right of Cancel is meant for adding this event to the Pocket Outlook standard calendar (on conditions that this event will happen in the future). At the same time you can edit Subject, alarm parameters and other options, the same way as in the Pocket Outlook standard calendar.
Note! If you create (or edit) the event, which began in the past, i.e. earlier than the current date, this icon won’t be available.

This dialog is meant for the prior visual control of TimeRule face. Placed at the very top the preview screen displays the results of your manipulations with the options available:
Style: The list of the available display modes (Tabs, No Tabs, List)
Date Format: Sets the output mode. Short (e.g.: 12h 131’) or Full (e.g.: 12 hours 131 seconds)
Date Align: In the Tabs and No Tabs modes aligns the data line along the right or the left edge of the screen.

Note! The next two options are available only in the List mode selected in Style.
Show whole list: The entire event list is displayed on the screen. Plugin height is set dynamically.
Limit up to: Limits the displaying list by the set value.

In order to avoid accidental deletion of all events created in TimeRule while deinstalling the program, you'll get a warning message on the screen of your PocketPC.

Once you have purchased the TimeRule application, you'll get the registration code, which should be entered in the registration field to complete the registration of the program.
